overhead squats mate,your a braver man than me ,I have never managed an overhead squat without either bottling the depth or falling over ,they have to be the number 1 most difficult exercise ever!

Thank you Ed. The deadlifts were a struggle today especially training in my garden and not the gym this time.

I would rather have a bigger deadlift than bodyweight to lift ratio. Because at the end of the day the weight you lift is what counts. The weights I lift is not much in the big picture.

Arrrghh Admins and mods please stop this sort of vulgar use of language, it is upsetting me. WE all know the only cardio worth mentioning on this site is of the carnal variety such as 20mins in the chineese shag swing etc
