Cheers matey. It's a Honda SS50. It's my folks and the refuse to get rid of it, it's not run in over 20 years but they insist it will run again one day. It's from before the restriction laws so it does about 60mph when running right, crazy bikes they were.

Happy with today. Still working on my form, and I'm still doing them beltless and making sure I take time to set up between each rep on the heavy set, last thing I need is a back injury like I used to get all the time when I rushed through them. I'll probably do a mini session tonight if I feel upto it.

Good result today, bench press seems to be improving. Surprised I got through all the sets of db bench but I do take pretty long breaks between each set. I ripped a callus off my left hand during deadlifts the other day and it's still really painful so I didn't go as heavy on rows this week, I just did some sets with set reps rather than going for max reps on the last set.

I am indeed. Just don't keep my log updated on there now. Still go on there from time to time, but only to see how some of the guys on there are progressing.

I went in to this not really feeling like training and squats didn't feel right from the start, you can see on the video I'm trying to adjust my feet after a few reps, just couldn#t get it right. I can't be too down on myself though as last time I used that weight I only managed 4 reps. My mates came round to do some bench pressing just as I was doing my safety bar squatting so I decided to join in, I just repeated my week 1 and actually managed to equal what I got doing them with a pause. It's deload week next week so I might do another session tomorrow if I feel upto it.

Just noticed this, cheers matey. I'm often checking your journal, your pressing and deadlift always amaze me how fast you are progressing on them.
