Hey mate, my name is Paul Dudley Member 632, 3628 posts SQ 200, BP 155, DL 282.5637.5 kgs @ 77kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 02.09.2011 @ 15:22 PM by Paul_D Terminator said:3.3 to 3.6 is a 9% increase in protein, not 0.3% Which is significaly different.. if we're getting in to semantics. An extra ~7g per bottle (assuming 2.2 litres) isn't really all that much when it comes down to it though and I think choosing between the two in terms of which has the most protein is a bit silly. If protein consumption is bothering you add a 25g scoop of whey/casein (or a 40:60 blend preferably) to one of those glasses of FF milk that you're drinking... very cheap, very easy. EDIT- Just to add, all this 'level of statistical significance' talk is a bit silly too... what level are we using..? 0.1, 0.05, 0.01...? I assume 0.05 as that's the commonly used level.. just thought i'd be a dick and pretend to talk about something that I am not completely 'au fait' with anyway.

Which was essentially my point. If you chose to think that the difference between 3.3g and 3.6g of protein in milk is important to you then great, but it wont make one iota of difference to your training or progress.
