I went to a bodybuilding show once, and tried to get into it by shouting encouragement, like all the others

Quick update

Not trained in what seems like ages because I've had to stay at home all day every day with the pup and had a bit of a crunch work-wise. Off for 2 weeks next week so I'll be back at Adders then.
