I've pressed that DB for a rep, and found it tricky because it was the 1st time I'd tried a DB of that sort. I didn't know how to sit it. Didn't feel that heavy though. I think with 'the knack' it wouldn't be too bad at all.

Did i actually have people convinced that dumbell might be easy lol felt them before they are long narrow and felt hidious but still gona go balls out whos calling me a slag anyway
