4 flights
50+ lifters
each lifter has a minute to lift
load the bar
an hour per flight + 15 mins equipment change and ref loo break

To be very fair to the organisers it ran very smoothly and as quick as was possible given the number of lifters.

Even the very experienced lifters said it was the longest comp day they had done.

Well that was time off. To be honest I am still knackered but this has more to do with not having had any time off work since November so we are going away for a couple of days next week to see some friends in Ireland or it will be November before we get the chance again and then I am going to insist we get away for at lest a week.

Back to Westside.

Upper Dynamic
Flat Bench - 2x10
Close Grip With Bands 10,8,6,6,6,6
SM Shoulder Press 8,8,8
Chins 5,5,5
Alternate DB Curls 10,10,10

Nice and simple. Checked weight today at 79kg pretty much exactly the same as weigh in for comp. Off all 'supps'.

Am feeling a bit too chunky now so I think I better get some cardio of some form chucked in. I think I will just jump in a couple of the classes.

Forgot to do chins like a dick so I will chuck some in today or tomorrow. I did actually do a class for cardio...belly dance to rock music..I am just a fcking Goddess!
