Member 1803, 320 posts SQ 175, BP 130, DL 200505.0 kgs @ 75kgs Eq | Ta chaps! I had intended to train yesterday but felt an extra days rest was required. ME Lower Deads 60kg x 5 80kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 3 140kg x 1 145kg x 1 150kg x 1 - New PB 152.5 - fail Box Squats - suited 60kg x 5 70kg x 5 80kg x 5,4 GHR - 8,7,7 Reverse Hypers - 15/15/15 (need to add ankle weights to this) Lying Ham Curls 40lb x 8 x 3 6 sets Abs (heavy cable crunches & medicine ball floor crunches) The squat suit I used is too big(size 44), I also have a size 36 on a borrowsy so will keep trying to pour myself into it but I have a feeling I need something inbetween. How do one know what size suit? I know they are VERY tight but how do you now when you are fighting a losing battle? Last time I tried to get into the 36 Fat Pete was stood on a box trying to bounce me in the fecker and we did give up after about 5 mins of no movement....but tremendous amounts of laughter! Mostly mine!

Ok just been looking at sizing chart for Titan squat suits and as mentioned I have one size 36 and one size 44...which is definitely too large - 67.5kg_36I am weighing around 73-75kg so should I just stop being a fcking poof and shoehorn myself into this fecker or should I look at getting a 38? Is my Dear Santa list about to get longer? 75kg___38 82.5kg_40 90kg___42 100kg__44 PS Laura Phelps.....OMG!!!!!!!!

I wear a 38 squat suit and 40 deadliftsuit as a 90kg lifter, we also have an 82.5kg and 100kg lifter wearing 38's! ha If it goes on it fits, I've hear story's of lifters taking over 45 mins to put a suit on as its soo tight so keep trying to squeeze into that tight suit haha as you came from a bodybuilding background you may have the same issue i did with finding a suit to fit

I just wanted to make sure I wasn't fighting a losing battle. Like I said I know they are buggers to get on. On another note what is the difference between a squat suit and a deadlifting suit? As you can see from above I am doing some form of squat & dead on the same day and there is no way I can take 20mins inbetween to put the squat suit on after the deads but I want to make sure I get well used to using the suit before I comp!

I use squat suits for both squat and deadlifts, to be honest there isn't much difference between them I use titan centurions and just wear a slightly looser one for deadlifts so you could wear same suit for both in training if you wanted Do you use suit slippers? they make a heck of a difference

nothing to hide, please follow my life on webcam Member 255, 3732 posts | Ladies often need a slightly larger suit than men of the same weight/size and a bit of customizing can help to make them fit a woman's shape better. The "other half" used a 36 at 67.5kg and needed around a 38/40 when she was at 75kg. As mentioned suit slippers make a huge difference.
