In fact, my elbows STOPS at 90 degrees... s**t... more thant that and i feel a lot of pain. First time i feel this kind of soreness on my triceps... i hope i heal this fast by friday | ||

More seriously (boo!) - any extension movements incorporating stretch are likely to cause serious DOMS, esp. if unaccustomed. Overhead extensions or kneeling rope extensions are likely culprits, or even lying extensions with the bar lowered deeply, or if performed on a decline. Mimicking the movement of a kneeling rope extension while using blast/webbing straps, with bodyweight for resistance, will also produce the same effect. | ||
