s**t, after my last workout yesterday i started to feel a little sore, but today when i woke up, DAMN! i cant flex my elbows more than 90 degrees. In fact, my elbows STOPS at 90 degrees... s**t... more thant that and i feel a lot of pain.

First time i feel this kind of soreness on my triceps...

i hope i heal this fast by friday Unhappy

some active recovery, very light movements and stretching will help if its DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness)

Rest And Carb Up!
BW Squats and get the heart pumping to make the blood travel around quicker moving all the s**t!

More seriously (boo!) - any extension movements incorporating stretch are likely to cause serious DOMS, esp. if unaccustomed. Overhead extensions or kneeling rope extensions are likely culprits, or even lying extensions with the bar lowered deeply, or if performed on a decline. Mimicking the movement of a kneeling rope extension while using blast/webbing straps, with bodyweight for resistance, will also produce the same effect.

I blame the JM presses i did yesterday, i used light weight ( 30kg ) but i did 5 sets of 15 reps... a little toom uch for someone that normally never goes beyond 5 reps...
