My new Diet and routine started today

my goals are
To get from 17st to 15st initially then get to 10% body fat (one day)
To do a 5K run then a 10K
To keep as much muscle and strength as posible

Starting weight 17st 0lbs B.M.I 32 = fat c**t

16st 7lbs thats a 7lb loss in the first week
which im happy with
im finding it easy to stick to the diet as i dont have to go with out food as im doing slimming world

im planning on going road running when i get sub 16st to save the knees

my cardio is going to be running till i cant do any more then hitting a bike but HIT stuff
theres no point trying to stay in the fat burning zone yet as i need to get much fitter first

To right mate. my blood presure has come down to the normal level for the first time in 2 years.

I'm just doing enough weight training wise to keep as much muscle as i can but im
not to arsed if i lose some.

its all about getting fitter and leaner. getting chest pains at 26 wasnt good
not sure i will be doing a bleep test in the street though as im not as mad as you lol
