Very nice squatting dude, like Kendrick said, maybe a smaller jump is in order. What do you think you could get to, 170x5 maybe?

hmmm, i dont know really ill have to keep going and see! it is hard but i cant imagine how much harder 10kg will be? 2.5kg jumps from now.

just worried about bench going down hill not having a proper structure to its workouts now Unhappy

Dont worry mate, as long as your body is strong as a whole then your bench wont be affected that much. It may make you more hungry for improvement when you do come to giving it a structured cycle.

220(100)x5,5,5 Felt heavier than i expected, still got these fine, could 5x5 this fairly easily, last rep on last set was paused

Military Press

88(40)x5 Felt suprisingly heavy
165(75)x4,2,4 WTF!!!! arghhhh, last set was push presses too so should have gotten miles more, not quite sure what went wrong

Realised this workout lasted 30 mintures when usually i spend over an hour, maybe this is a factor in my performance.! After gym a 45 min drive around Grin

Fri 11th jan 08

Still gots abit of a cold coughing alot this morning. new gym today £57 per year and 50p a session so well cheap compared with £3 per session im paying. The gym is basic as fck and half the stuff is homemade lol but that aint a problem. ALot of homemade plates which need weighing to find out their weight but about 12 proper 20's so that should be ok. They got umarked plates which weigh in at 65kg, pretty heavy. Powercage is well narrow, like a foot from front to back bar, squatted in it today and unrackin i hit back bar but apart from that it went fine! no 1.25disks though!!! so next session there (i train at uni too) im going to take some of my standard half kilo weights and tie them to the bar lol! Should be fine to train in. I only do the basics.
