Back to uni, got my courswork back, got 66% so a 2:1, pretty good but dropped lots of marks on grammer haha!
didnt get a huge amount of sleep and had to be up at 7am Unhappy

467.5(212.5)x4.8 Arghhhhh, did 4 reps, the 4th was slow and hard at the top. had a 10 second rest and went for 5, got it about 6 inch above the knee but just couldnt lock out so dropped it. got a video, carl is going to post it for me the sweety pie

ohh and does anyone know the diameter of a 20kg plate? and the distance from the bottom of the hole for the oly bar to the bottom of the plate? (so radius minus half the width of the bar)

because i have the size of the 20s at my uni gym here which are "supposed" to be narrower thus wanna know. (7.5 inch)

so 15inches plus whatever the width of the bar is is the diameter, of.

anyone know?

Only just had a chance to see the vid mate. Well, done, 212.5 for 4(.8!) reps is very good. Have another go at it next week. Have a good days rest before hand and eat well then have another bash at it. You will get it Happy
