This might sound like an obvious question but which are more effective out of the hole?
And been looking on strengthshop at the Zeus wraps but what are you all using? Never tried any before and looking for some support for my dodgy (sometimes) knee.
Cheers

2m Knee wraps should give you anywhere from 10-30 kg. If you want to get max carryover then only buy from recognised brands (Titan, Inzer, Metal and APT); and do some research as to how to put them on properly. However, if you only want to have something to keep your knees healthy then its probably more ideal to get sleeves; or at least don't crank the wraps up excessively tight. An argument could be made that very tight knee wraps are probably not ideal for knee health.

A lot of folk are using our (Strength Shop) wraps and prefer them to those of 'major brands'. It's not always about the name - a lot of the wraps come from the same factory(s) and the only difference is design/labelling.

But it is about the name if you lift in ipf/gbpf where only certain brands are allowed

How much do you get from them? If anything?

Not too sure tbh mate, bought them ages ago probably from Buzz, they are black with blue lines... Im sure i got more from them when i first got them -they have softened up alot. Also noticed i used to get 5-7.5 kg from my elbow sleeves however now virtually nothing. Think im due more lol definately won't be washing them this time!

So which way does it work - you squat 177kg without wraps or you squat 277 with wraps?

it works like sosquatted 220 in knee sleeves post injury
put wraps on, and squatted 260 after some build up
dont know what my best squat without knee sleeve/ wraps truely was at that point, but i would hazard a guess at 210 as my previous max was 200 uneq, about 6 months prior
