I felt pretty tight from events still but thought i would give it a go anyway. Deadlift 200 x 1 (PB) The hardest rep i have ever done from from to top it seemed like an hour 200 x F nothing left 190 x F completely dead Deads from blocks 210 x 5 this went really well today and i think it is starting to help the top end of my deadlifts slightly Pull downs p15 x 6, p15 x 6, p15 x 6 Log 80x3, 80x2, 80x2 | ||

Hopefully better next week. Squat 145 x 1, 145 x F, 130 x 3 Front squat 95 x 3, 95 x 3, 95 x 3 Good mornings 45 x 8, 45 x 8 Close grip bench 100 x 5, 100 x 5, 100 x 5 Stretch Events on sunday hopefully that will go better than today! | ||

Farmers 100 x 20m felt quick probably wasnt 110 x F cant get them from the floor my technique is s**t. tried about 4 or 5 times no go so stopped. Log clean and press 80 x 1 80 x 2 80 x F AXLE clean and press 40 x 1, 50 x 1, 60 x 1, 70 x F, 70 x 1 Session 2 Right hip tight and right quad felt tight but still tried deads Deads 185 was aimimg for 2 - 4 but just got the single after 2 - 3 attempts. decided to stop this as it didnt feel like there was much point. Tried axle deadlift 160 failed this aswell Push press 60 x 5, 70 x 4, 80 x 3, 80 x 2, 80 x 3 Both sessions wank hopefully next week will be better. Right quad sore now so will give it a good rest. | ||
