Not a good session at all felt tight all over from earlier training in the week.

Deadlift 180x3,180x1,180x2

Deadlifts from block 210 x F , 180 x F head and body wasn't in it

Session 1

Squats 145 x 1 PB, 145 x 1, 145 x 1
Front squat 80 x 3, 80 x 3, 80 x 3
Good morning 40 x 8, 45 x F (didnt do as hamstrings cramped up)
High incline 80 x 6, 85 x 6, 85 x 6
Then for the first time in ages i did some stretches Grin

really good session this week on deadlifts compared to my s**t week last week

deadlift 185 x 3, 185 x 3, 185 x 2

deads from blocks 200 x 3

pull downs p 12 x 8, p 14 x 6, p14 x 6

push press 85 x 3, 85 x 2, 85 x 3 (need some work on these)

also checked weight 92kgs still. good good
