Im dropping 8-9kg.
Since I'll be about 75-80kg and it;ll be my 2nd comp I have no problems doing the Novice comp so don't feel bad smallsy...people dropping weight for it and 300kg pullers are just in a totally different league to me.
I notice at some point you've got 5kg on my deadlift. What the f**k is that about son?

It's all 1 comp now, you just choose light or heavy sets, Mark will confirm how the scoring will work soon!
Should be a great comp, and yeah, great battle

So now you can pick either a heavy or a light event? Thought it was going to be one or the other?

ach bummer, i was actually looking forward to the novice class battle more than the pros (no offence guys, you are all legends, but i smell some serious blood in the novice group)
