Tony, I am doing a MAX log/MAX 18" DL superset first thing if you fancy it?

My max log is currently about 60kg.

is anyone going to be training on saturday? or will everybody be at englands u105? im thinking of coming up as jt isnt opening up on saturday and i need to do some events. could i jump in with anyone training?

what were you after training exactly? Its the under 90' final this weekend and u105's final next weekend so dont think it will be as busy as it has been, but could be wrong
