Events are agreed and venue confirmed on Monday 25th Jan

1-Heavy medley (Yoke, tyre flip then anvil carry or chain drag(or both))
2-Log 115kg for reps
3-Squat in Frame(Start weight 180kg rising 20kg each lift ending at 300kgs)
4-Weight for height(16kg Kettlebell) rising bar

Break

5-Silver Dollar Skips Deadlift (Last man Standing. 5 lifts allowed(Can miss a weight and move up))
6-Conans wheel (280-300) one lift allowed
7-Stones 6 stones 100kg start weight

Like I say just waiting on confirmation on venue! But its not down south and not up north guys! Its a big venue in the Midlands! If it does come off the date will be either 22nd or 23rd May 2010!! Now use ur heads and guess the venue!!
