Any good generic Diet plans for fat loss out there?Also any good creatine going cheap?

There's a powerlifting coaching session on Weds afternoon there, Jim Blanchflower who runs it. Jim has been multiple British champion and International competitor he lectures nutrition amongst other things too.

Sounds good maybe i could pop along sometime.I dont go to university i live pretty close about 20mins drive

Bulk powders sell Creapure cheap. It's good stuff. 5-10g a day, works a treat.

As for fat loss advice, i'm probably the world's worst person to ask lol.Tongue

I got some creatine thanks for the advice also set up a diet plan,gonna pop along to salford uni in the next week or so for some training advice if i can.

Yeah, keep a log of every morsal that passes your lips either food or beverage while monitoring weight.

Work out the macros, or get someone who is all clever an that to do it.

If your at a stable weight eat about 250-300kcals less a day and train harder and faster

If your gaining weight eat about 500-600kcals less a day, and train harder

If your loosing weight why the f**k did you ask! Train harder.

You see the trend? Train harder, eat a bit less - its not exactly brain surgery.

Is it best to cut carbs out to ensure speedy fat loss and better training results?

theres far to many diet questions on this forum!!

next it will be called sugden bodybuilding forum!!!

just admit ur a fat bas***d come to terms with it and move on

yes its a struggle to do ur laces up
yes u get out of breath ater walking the dog
yes u take to seats up in the cinema
yes ur car slopes to one side
yes people stare
yes the water spills over the side when ur having a bath
and yes u have no abs there called mono abs

but who really cares as long as ur strong

I agree with Matt, to lose weight, just eat less, after a week or 2 you get used to it.
