not particularly well educated Member 85, 11010 posts SQ 170, BP 130, DL 260560.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | saw the physio today and the man was a magician told me exactly what the problem was (stretched ligaments on the acromio clavicular joint of the shoulder causing it ti protrude slightly, which is apparently a common injury caused by too much pressing movements) and got rid of most of the inflamation . No training until monday when I can carry on doing the non shoulder stuff but with lighter weights then start reintroducing the big 3 the week after but starting really light and building up! I love my new physio ! If he's right! | ||

I'm really starting to get into this mental focus side of lifting as I'm sure its the key to lifting BIG! and its something Ive never really bothered with or thought about before ! On the down side having to admit the wife is actually right about something may be too bitter a pill to swallow!Front squats 90k x5 pb for reps 100k x3 pb for reps 90k x5 paused fron box squat 80kx2 85kx2 90kx1 95kx1pb sit ups 10k 15/15/15 really pleased with the way the front squats are progressing and I'm pretty sure that when I can start doing normal squats I'm going to get some carry over ,on the down side my shoulder is still pretty painful and I cant get my arm back far enough to sqaut normally at the moment! watching the british at the weekend has really motivated me Id like to be there next year but realistically I think a 100kilo improvement in 1 year is probably unrealistic but 2009 I'm definitely going to be there! Still not smoking! | ||
