Colin 'Hammertime' Hawkins first place!!! well done buddy. He trained very hard with me for this and it was great to see all the gym training pay off.

I think the Severn is a great comp & the Whey crew always try their best put on a real good day. Nice to see the big boys mingling with everyone & proving that strongmen are really nice guys. I`m feeling very tender after a slight slip with the 280 yolk & the deloading. Thanks Mike & Steve,see you next yr.

Yeah colin won the chase novice comp 8 weeks ago. he put his name down for the chase and seven valley at the same time. He has only been training strongman events with me for 4 months now. This is his last novice comp!! He will be hitting some open comps next year with me..

Thanks Mike & Steve,see you next yr. cheers mate. didnt realise you slipped deloading yoke, good too see you there and all the celebrities that were there in the world of strength. i think hammertime was out of place for the comp, but the top 5 were all good enough for intermedaite to be fair. welldone for the win.

I was aiming to place top 3 yesterday but due to my comical errors i knew after the farmers walk/klinsmann dive i wasnt goin too!!! Just wait til you see the video footage of my farmers. Funniest thing you've seen all year. On facebook in the next day or 2! hahaha
