i got 175 but then f**ked up my knee playing rugby, stud went into my knee and sliced it open, i've got a pic somewhere, and i couldnt squat heavy for a while

however i hate to say it but i'm fairly confident that that 175 wouldnt have passed at a comp this is however since i have seen the white lights of proper technique, as you can see from my vids on youtube, full ROM would have been there, technique wasnt so i didnt acctually BREAK paralell


squats arent my cup of tea (cant do em) but will make a bold statement i will bench 180kg raw within another year if i dont then i need to try something elseGrin

ive managed 50k in 5 months but it is getting a tad harder Eek but it wont stop me tryingGrin Grin

i managed 80kg in 1 year, but that was on the deadlift from when i first started doing them till now

yea bench is going vwell considering im limited to what i have at home,d,lift could go well if i gave it more work but squat is crap but ill work on itHappy
