Hope you’re sorted soon on the niggle front! I don’t “lift” anymore. Just enjoy getting in the gym and doing a bit of benching and doing a few pull ups.

This was a straightforward week 1 deadlift-focused session. A top set cluster triple moved ok, not fantastic. The 3 down sets moved ok. Paused Squats were OK. My left lower back not entirely comfortable today, but hopefully this is just a one-off. There was a missing hamstring exercise as all the machines were taken (90.8)

This went quite well. Bench was straightforward, despite a bit of shoulder grumbling. Inclines were fine. Pull ups a bit harder. It was surprising the difference an extra 2.5kg makes. (90.5)
