Lets see Friday/Saturday when I bench again Wednesday Squat - beltless 20kg x 10 60kg x 5 100kg x 3 120kg x 3 140kg x 3 x 5 sets paused squats - beltless 100kg x 3 120kg x 3 x 3 Incline sit ups 2 x 20 Good session today, squats weren't so hard. Paused squats were fine once I'd got my balance right coming up from the bottom position (oo er mrs!) Weight this morning 91.8kg. | ||

Squats all good on depth I think. I think I might have to reduce 5 work sets to 4 next week and will definitely cut at least one of the paused sets, or abandon paused squatting entirely. Bench OK. Might have got another set@110 but decided not to push it. Declines felt distinctly alien, all shoulders and press was just a bad idea. Weight this morning 93.1, so no excuses there. | ||

OK session. Main deadlifts sets were a bit slow and technically my lifting is not 100%. All the additional exercises were good. Didn't do power shrugs as I never fail deads at the top. Weight this morning 93.3 DAA start. | ||
