Deadlift really rubbish at the minute, slow and weak. Only SLDLs felt ok today. Weight up to 91.5kg strength down to rock bottom

Good session today, squats weren't so hard. Paused squats were fine once I'd got my balance right coming up from the bottom position (oo er mrs!) Weight this morning 91.8kg.

Good session today. Last couple of sets on squat were hard-ish, but depth was good. Next week 150 I might have to drop the sets to 4. Weight this morning 92.4kg.

Tuesdays bodybuilding style session going well. Im and out in about half an hour. Weight 93.1 this morning. Yikes, my weight climbing quickly ATM.

Cheers Mike. No comps in the offing at the minute. As far as plans goo I've got a fairly intense plan for now till the autumn, to try and get back (or surpass) what I was doing a year or more ago.

Hard but satisfying session. Squats all good on depth I think. I think I might have to reduce 5 work sets to 4 next week and will definitely cut at least one of the paused sets, or abandon paused squatting entirely. At the minute everything g going according to plan. Weight 93.0kg this morning.

Distinctly average today, which was a surprise as I felt fine. Bench OK. Might have got another set@110 but decided not to push it. Declines felt distinctly alien, all shoulders and press was just a bad idea. Weight this morning 93.1, so no excuses there.

OK session. Main deadlifts sets were a bit slow and technically my lifting is not 100%. All the additional exercises were good. Didn't do power shrugs as I never fail deads at the top. Weight this morning 93.3
