Good session, if not 100% successful. Wanted 5 x 10 on bench, but realistically 3 x10 was about what I expected. Inclines tucked after that as shoulders were destroyed. Pull ups were a best, and pendlays went well. Didn't do reverse curls as I ran out of time. (89.6)

No massive surprise i didn't get 5x10 on overhead after Tuesdays bench. I gave it my best effort, which is the main thing. Both back exercises were up a little. So, the end of a slightly disappointing week, lifting-wise. 3 x8 on both bench and overhead next week, so that should be a fair bit easier. Hopefully my pressibg can improve a bit in the next 8 weeks. (89.8)

Squats actually felt reasonably solid after the first rep or two of the first working set. However, decided to limit myself to 4 sets. Knees felt fine todsy, so fingers crossed. SLDL top set felt slightly harder than i expected. (89.6)

Was trying to do some accessories today. Wanted to do belt squat, but someone was using it, so squatted for 1 set. Felt bad. Then did horizontal leg press, which got hard really quickly. Not a very enjoyable session, but at least it didn't take much out of me (89.4)
