There were also Newcomers, Women, u105 and o105, around 40 athletes all told. We were supposed to do the 450kg tyre (whatever the weight actually was, let's call it "heavy") but after the injury they switched us to the baby tyre (200kg). I tested the big tyre and I would have managed a flip or two at least, I think, but it was probably the safer decision. Strongman is fun, especially when the weights are manageable | ||

The shade was nice, the thorny branches across some sections not so much, and the twists and turns weren't conducive to speed and intensity (HR barely cracked 160).
