Any plans for a 500? 1.22? I've never done a fast 500m, but going off the 1 min I think 1:22 might be about right, I'll see soon enough though, got one pencilled in for next week. Jonathan said: I would say that 3:02.6 is about Bim's limit at the moment. Going faster than that is really, really tough That was the perfect time for you to do as I think 3:00 is out of reach for now, but 3:02 sounds much more possible Wednesday 01/12/20 Row - 1k WU, 20 min UT1 Time Meters Pace Watts Cal/Hr S/M 3:53.2 1,012m 1:55.2 229 1087 23 129 Time Meters Pace Watts Cal/Hr S/M 20:00.0 5,509m 1:48.9 271 1232 22 150 4:00.0 1,147m 1:44.6 306 1351 22 147 8:00.0 1,128m 1:46.3 291 1300 21 151 12:00.0 1,087m 1:50.3 260 1195 22 150 16:00.0 1,078m 1:51.3 254 1173 22 151 20:00.0 1,069m 1:52.2 247 1151 22 152 Crap nights sleep last night and not feeling great today, just a steady UT1 though so all good.

Tomorrow is meant to be 3x45s AN, seems a little much for the day before but I think I'll go with it, just take plenty of rest between sets. I also got the computer setup today, checked it was all working and had a connection to the BRIC website, everything was fine after a small amount of messing about with it. I think the link below will be a live link for the day if no one has anything better to do than watch a few digital boats traveling across the screen My race Sat, 11:11 - Race 109 - M40 2000 meter Boars Sat, 11:47 - Race 112 - LM, LW, LM U23 2000 meter https://regatta.time-team.nl/bric/2020/live.php https://britishrowing.org/briconline/bric-online-live

I'm looking forward to having a crack at 500m. I'm going max effort on every stroke from the start when I do it, hope I make it to the end! Unfortunately these are boring boards, the last of the crap from when we took the garage down a few weeks ago.

I waited until my HR dropped to 80 between sets which was about 5 minutes(ish). Put a decent effort into the sets, but a fair way off flat out.
