Good to hear the AT sessions are getting easier.

I don't find AT sessions particularly hard at the moment, but my pace is way off yours.

I should have stuck to the plan Grin! These were meant to be low 1:39 pace, but I thought screw it, 1:38 it is. Started well, but by the fourth rep I had to go full on max to keep pace, legs had pretty much gone by the end of it. Plan for the last set was to just keep 1:38 pace for as long as I could which was about 500m, at which point my body and mind gave up, took the second 500m as the start of the cool down. Think I was actually pretty close to being able to complete this session so next week with just a small improvement I might stand a chance of getting them all under 1:38.5

I've just edited that post slightly. I think I'm still improving at the moment, should be able to give 1:38.5 a go I think? I'm going to try for that anyway, should manage 4 again at least!

its amazing on rowers that when you are at the top end ...just 1 second per 500m is enough to blow the doors off !!

Average time of 1:31.6 last week so aim was low 1:31 this week. Went pretty much as I hoped with the last few getting quite tough. Had a touch left for the last set so with any luck should be able to duck under 1:31 next week.

Pace did the only even thing again apart from the very last set.
