I'm guessing it doesn't register the first stroke to the average so I'm playing a couple of seconds catchup from then on.

I was starting to feel a little panicky about 5 sets in, it's a weird feeling I've had a couple of times before on particularly hard intervals. It's like oh crap, I'm feeling fooked and I've barely started, quite a claustrophobic feeling. Anyway, by about set 10 the end was in sight and I started to feel more normal again. HR was 149 going into the last set

And I agree on the HR, it just likes to do the bare minimum and let the rest of my body suffer! Today though it was actually going up still when I finished the sets and although the max on the pm was 157 it went up to 160 a couple of times between sets.

Great 2's again, you must of been going for 1.36 on the last one? I do remember Loadsamoney, I'd forgotten he was a plaster though, makes sense as I've paid about that much for one recently! I laboured for a plasterer one summer holiday many years ago, lots of mixing, carrying and cleaning and not much money at all! The pervious couple of sets had been so taxing I knew what was going to happen on the last set
