I think so, it seems when I crank up the drag it's tougher on the legs / back / arms and less so on cardio. Not much difference between 130 and 140 but when it's a max every bit helps.

Not much difference between 130 and 140 but when it's a max every bit helps. I'm currently on 140. I will see how legs vs cardio feels on my next 2k attempt to see if I could lower (or raise!) it a touch. Another top session Bim.

On the HR work it's always the first rep I find hardest. After that the HR gets up quicker and is less effort to keep there - relatively speaking of course

Probably picked up something from the kids, I've not even really noticed it apart from on the row. Was down about 80m's on last week.

Any MAX plans SBD? I'll just see how it goes with the rowing, I don't want to miss any if I can help it. I wouldn't even have noticed anything was up today if I hadn't been wearing the HR monitor. No plans for SBD, just maintaining any strength I have left, possibly pushing squat up a touch. I do the sessions with the kids at the moment which is fun, and they at least think I'm lifting heavy
