As of mid-afternoon, my left knee is completely f**ked. Walking is fine, but any more flexion under load than that is very painful. Struggling to get in and out of chairs. No idea what I've done.

Aaand today it's completely fine (by my standards; neither of my knees would be an upgrade for a normal person). f**king ridiculous body and its crappy build standards.

Excellent news. Get used to this though, I am sad to report that it is only to get more frequent. Only a week or so back I went to bed a well man and awoke with a sore heel, two days later, all was well. Just appreciate the days when this foolishness does not occur a little more.

Arrived 18:22. Gym locked and dark. Left 18:54.

Cut the pace by ten seconds because it's been feeling relaxed. 90% sure I could have got the 8th with 115, but I had a spilt second to make a call and no spotters. It is what it is.

Normally there's plenty of weightlifters around later, but many of them had a comp Saturday, so I guess they either skipped or finished early. Hey ho.

Hi Rick, just seen somewhere else that you've dropped 20k. Good on you for getting this far and still going. Do you have a target weight?

I've been 128 to 129 for a couple of months now, but waist continuing to drop. I want about 115 in the first instance, then we'll see.
