Christ no. The chap I'm playing is much, much better than I ever was (and I was ok). But I am gradually returning to some kind of form. Badly handicapped by the difficulties of changing direction at our size, of course.

I felt terrible this afternoon, sluggish and swollen and bloated, so the fact that I matched the session I was pleased with last week and even added a little deadlift cardio will do nicely. Saw a golfer later; he arrived just as I was finishing up, and so was treated to a fat man with no shirt on sweating freely.
