Really enjoyed these I think I can use these to get stronger out of the hole for squats.
Narrow lat pulls 3x15
Cable row 3x15
Done, nice little session hip wasn't to bad,it be keeping a close eye on it.

The spine is an accordion. The yoke and you are the musicians. My torso is sinking as the crunchy ribs I get this and the belt to act like a ledge eww yummmy. I feel it know. Vomit. Have you checked your height john lately?
