I was most impressed with your overhead in your videos as I understand you to be a lifetime natural lifter. One day I would like a good strict. All in good time though!

Yes, I'm lifetime drug free... and lifetime lazy too! Happy

Shoulder strength was probably my best department. I wasn't very good at applying leg drive though.

I'm below my best these days - not helped by my recent appendectomy. Maybe I'll 'tune' my shoulders back up again at some point via the medium of micro loading. I find the cold weather reduces motivation.

Just dont tear your appendix as it's quite close to your angus and although torn anguses heal quite quickly, I don't know about appendixes.

What would your tune up entail?
One day I would love to strict 100kg. That would be huge.

I no longer have an appendix to tear, loal.

It will involve strict pressing the thin log I have in my garage (that I haven't been using recently) and micro loading my way back up to the 110kg sort of region.
