Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22017 posts | Nice words Mr Wieg Yes, I'm lifetime drug free... and lifetime lazy too! Shoulder strength was probably my best department. I wasn't very good at applying leg drive though. I'm below my best these days - not helped by my recent appendectomy. Maybe I'll 'tune' my shoulders back up again at some point via the medium of micro loading. I find the cold weather reduces motivation. | ||

What would your tune up entail? One day I would love to strict 100kg. That would be huge. | ||

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22017 posts | I no longer have an appendix to tear, loal. It will involve strict pressing the thin log I have in my garage (that I haven't been using recently) and micro loading my way back up to the 110kg sort of region. | ||
