Wieg, I find that zerchers are good for my back. It's a shame you don't find the same. You might find them better with a thinner bar and starting at the bottom (off piles of catalogues Happy). Maybe.

Louise thats a bumhole about the numbers but if you feel more well, I suppose that has to be a priority from time to time. Because I do hours of cardio per day now, I'm accepting the numbers decrease gracefully, instead trying to maintain what I have or very slowly increase the strength whilst worn down.

Wayne, I would like to use my advantageous position as an argos catalogue peddler in order to do some block zerchers. Maybe one day start off from a really low weight and build over time.

I'm doing so much cardio now that I'm having to supplement chocolate bars again to not drop back to 52kg. And the numbers would still be decent at international level, just not good to me.

100kg bench when yer body wants to be 52.... hench as f**k. Found out there is Jiu Jitsu near me. If only I had some more time! Well, I have time, just not a routine enough to be respectful to my teacher and training partners.

Thanks guys.

The upper body is doing ok to be fair. Pretty chuffed with that. Because of all the cardio though the legs suffer.

AXLE SQUATS
5 sets of 5 reps with 100kg

I'm going to alter my squat to a higher bar position and try to squat using more quads. I have dropped the weight to ensure slightly better technique than I have been using.
