Not bad. Bench went quite well, shoulders feeling better. After 2nd set had a bit of cramp or something in my traps. Couldnt turn my head. Rest was fine. weight 92.4kg | ||

Form was not quite nailed. Could have done more sets@175 but didn't want to push it. Pause squats were also hard-ish but fibe. Triple@140 as a second exercise was good. Weight 92.4kg | ||

Strict press not quite to failure, while close grip was not hard. Workout was short, only 40 minutes. Still not feeling like there is a comp in 6 and a half weeks.
