Yes, much better. It just went. I didn't know the masters was open yet. I thought it was 8 weeks before the comp

This was my first deadlifts in almost 2 months, and it was predictably hard-ish. Form was not quite nailed. Could have done more sets@175 but didn't want to push it. Pause squats were also hard-ish but fibe. Triple@140 as a second exercise was good. Weight 92.4kg

Not bad actually. Strict press not quite to failure, while close grip was not hard. Workout was short, only 40 minutes. Still not feeling like there is a comp in 6 and a half weeks. I will leave that a bit longer before making a final decision. Weight 91.5kg

Squatting was such hard work today. The last set was actually the best tho' which was a slight comfort. Deads were pretty good, could have done more weight or another set. Weight 91.3kg
