Which means 2 workouts in 12 hours (Wednesday evening and Thursday morning). Wednesday went well. Thursday went as well as could be expected. 7/12 Squat bar x 5 bar x 5 60 x 5 100 x 1 120 x 1 140 x 1 150 x 1 160 x 1 172.5 x 1 150 x 5 really enjoyed this today. Squatting went really well. I am taking it easy on the overhead stuff. Everything else seems to be fine. Reckon i need a 3/4 day rest anyhow to be honest. | ||
