Cheers Bim, yes its out of the rack. Only ever seen one other person squatting at the gym so i dont have to battle for a rack.

I havent trained it in years because I never saw any real carryover to bench. But it will be interesting to see if there is a carryover into shot putt.

Its just basically following on from the last Celtic Frost album 'Monotheist'. Really dark and brooding. I love it.

No comps in mind yet. To be honest I would have to do it at 93. If I get up around 150 - 160 I might give a bench comp a go.
