Could you recommend me some nice simple old school death metal for the journey to the gym? Recently iv been absolutely loving napalm deaths harmony corruption. I like how the riffs are kind of up beat and non neck beardy

I am trying not to think about that. All the time i havent been training i have been eating as if i was. Essentially when i came back i was fatter than i wanted to be and weaker than i wanted to be and one of those things bothered me far more than the other.

If i do step on the platform again I am not coming down for it anyway. I may do a competition but i know my days of actually competing for podium are over. Also throwing is open weight class so extra weight can only help me there.

Once i hit my pressing targets (100 overhead, 150 bench) i will have a think about what i want to do weight wise. Part of me suspects I might just settle for being a strong little pudgy bas***d. There are worse things to be.

Now you're training again you'll just shift the weight about, pretty quickly I would guess. You would make a solid 93, which means you can afford to sit at 95 no problem Grin!
