1st session back on normal deadlifts for good while beltless work today, knee didn't flare up just some tightness in hamstring as it inserts into back of knee foam rolled seem to help it, sticking to a plan to mainly push deadlift

lol skinny 110kg dropped about 6kg in past 2 month since last comp , off since comp just about to get back on so expect to start gaining now I feel I can do a full training split again
