did a good 15 minutes flexibility work after the log that helped loosen and reduce some shoulder pain Ive been having , planned more on the 2 board but couldn't get even 1 spotter so left it, left plenty in tank for events on sunday up at stans great harwood gym.

trying not to overthink the last few week of prep but my body has never been as whole as if in zero things pissing me off this close to a comp lol and hit plenty pb's just training for it which has to be a good sign as well

just over 3 week now till comp at great harwood agricultural show 26th may, body feels fairly solid & had plenty of work on so squeezing in most event stuff on the weekend now on when I can , hopefully can get a couple easier days soon and hit some weaker events during week
