Good stuff, great power.

Nice to see a power athlete logging here, keep it up. Your hang PC to deadlift ratio at 70% is pretty damned good.

Thanks Grin
I will try to log more often again, busy with work as well. So then i train after and fall asleep haha.

But yeah my explosive power is best power i have. Also my behind the neck jerks are quite high.

bet your 1RM dead is far better than 230 if you can do 200x10, especially being so explosive.

I've trained with a few national and international throwers in the past and was always amazed how quickly they could move sub maximal weights. Close to 18 M is a great putt BTW.

Yeah im easy with sub maximal. It feels like nothing but when I go really heavy I want to be fast otherwise I don't see the use. slow power is not handy for throwing in my opinion.

Soon 18+ I think indoors. I'm much stronger and better then when I threw 18,00 so we will see Happy

If I would like to lift heavy on deadlift I think I can go much heavier. But I almost never deadlift and like maybe twice a year a single rep effort

didnt feel like doing my shot put practice today, so i went to a competition in stead.

17,51m, is not the best indoor result I did. I started this season with a 17.87m however 17,51m is still my second indoor competition of all time. So the basic level is good. now time to get into shape for the 18,25m+ throws.

Interesting seeing the same gym movements being applied to a different sport, will keep up with this log Happy
