Sounds like a good day you have ahead for training. I used to have nice footwork in the circle when I was in school and it added a good distance on to my weak ass shoulders but now I'm like a drunk elephant haha.

Good session in there.
You train in a nice rounded way, covering everything.
In school I used to spin. Now if I have a go from time to time I think I'll glide. I'm training single legged leg press with my foot low down on the plate to hopefully give my quads a little strength and help my first push off. I think you've inspired me to do a mini challenge for myself for the next couple of months.

Thanks bro
Tomorrow morning I'm going to loosen the body up a bit and then bench in the afternoon! And maybe first support a pretty Finnish lady haha
I like the challenge! You are strong enough to throw. Make sure to get the speed in your feet. Be explosive and reactive that is the most important thing I think

What are you best sprint time i.e. over 50/100/200?
I presume you are trying to put weight on, as your weight is quite light compared to most shot putters. Although Ulf Timmermann wasn't the heaviest guy around.
