It was my broscience Restday, haha!
No I was actually going to the gym to eat burgers with the owner, but I was like when I'm here I can actually do some isolation work. I got three Restday for the lifting to get my body rested for the coming to weeks in Portugal. I leave in 12 hours!!

Tomorrow is bench and behind the neck pushpress day

I think that as we get older, isolation work can be important. I started working my arms for the first time last month. Seems to be helping me carry logs in the woods and rocks at the quarry.

I did shot putt today at the beach with some rocks. I was s**t. I distinctly remember having had more co-ordination than I do now. What a disaster haha.

Sounds like a good day you have ahead for training. I used to have nice footwork in the circle when I was in school and it added a good distance on to my weak ass shoulders but now I'm like a drunk elephant haha.
