I've trained with a few national and international throwers in the past and was always amazed how quickly they could move sub maximal weights. Close to 18 M is a great putt BTW. | ||

It feels like nothing but when I go really heavy I want to be fast otherwise I don't see the use. slow power is not handy for throwing in my opinion. Soon 18+ I think indoors. I'm much stronger and better then when I threw 18,00 so we will see | ||

I started this season with a 17.87m however 17,51m is still my second indoor competition of all time. So the basic level is good. now time to get into shape for the 18,25m+ throws. | ||
