Competing in powerlifting...training for the Junior British on the 31st of October followed by the Commonwealth Championships in December in Canada.
Yesterday:
squats -
60x3x2
100x3
140x3
160x3
175x2
185x1 - very easy
155x5x3 sets, easy again.
Bench
60x3
80x3
100x3
110x1
120x1 - Not the best line but easy enough.
107.5x5x3 sets - good, breathing in between reps helps a lot. Volume PB.
Deadlift

135x3x5 sets, nice and fast
Today:

Bench

70x3x6 sets, widest grip possible. Trying to increase my arch.
SLDL, Beltless.

I maxed out a highbar beltless paused squat last week, was a nice challenge, miss doing paused squats Are u heading down to watch the open classic or just the juniors?

Not too bad today. Conditioning must still be off a bit for my stiff legged deadlifts however in all honesty they arent far off my pre English weights and ill sure be hitting PBs soon enough.

Yeah i never fail, thats how convinced i was id get it. It got past my knees then stalled so i left it 210x2 made up for it
