Yesterday: squats - 60x3x2 100x3 140x3 160x3 175x2 185x1 - very easy 155x5x3 sets, easy again. Bench 60x3 80x3 100x3 110x1 120x1 - Not the best line but easy enough. 107.5x5x3 sets - good, breathing in between reps helps a lot. Volume PB. Deadlift 60x3 100x3 135x3x5 sets, nice and fast Today: Squats 70x3x2 100x3 110x3x6 sets Bench 60x3 70x3x6 sets, widest grip possible. Trying to increase my arch. SLDL, Beltless. 60x5 110x3 140x2 170x1 190x1 210x1 - not bad, few kg off my best but there was a bit more there today 190x5 - hard 190x5 - hard 190x5 - hard lol. Need to get used to these again and condition my lower back. Need to keep good form towards the end of the sets or just not do the rep. | ||

Paused beltless high bar squat 70x3 100x3 130x3 150x2 165x1 175x1 160x3 All straight forward. Love these. Bench. 60x3 100x3 110x2 117.5x1 122.5x1 - good. Better than 120 the other day. Really easy. 115x3 115x3 115x3 Pauses for better. Breathing is improving too. Stretch and roll later. | ||

Conditioning must still be off a bit for my stiff legged deadlifts however in all honesty they arent far off my pre English weights and ill sure be hitting PBs soon enough.
