Last nights session - really bad DOMs and sleeping really poorly due to work stress and whatever else. Not sure if i'm still jetlagged but im barely getting 4 solid hrs. Which paired with having to get up at 5am and not getting in bed till 11 is s**te!

Early one today and shouldve been having an off day but ill struggle to train 5 times next week so started my training week early. Bit of accumulative fatigue was evident today, sleeping is slowly improving i think. High stress levels not helping my body resume normal operation.

Bench 112.5x5x5 and singles in and around 137.5kg.
