Shoulder still crap but ive found the culprit in my scapula. Painful!

Bit awkward in a different rack. The rack height was too high for 200kg but the next one down was too low. Made it hard to unrack.

Thanks mate. My head was up my arse. I had to recount my weights a few times cause they felt easy and itd be my luck i had 20kg less on than expected haha!

felt like s**t today - 5 days training in a row, 2 night shifts, yet more sleep problems and 2 blood tests...
training alone sucks too
