The rack height was too high for 200kg but the next one down was too low. Made it hard to unrack. Bench 60x3 100x3 110x2 120x2 127.5x2 pb 110x5x5 volume pb. Enjoyed it. Deadlift 140x3x5 Good. Bench 60x3x2 72.5x3x8 Okay Sldl 60 110 150x3 180x2 200x2 220x1 - thought about a double 230x1 - not fast, not slow. 200x5 200x5 Good work sets, took a breather between 4 & 5 reps but didnt take mt hands off the bar, so im happy.
