Squats 60x3x2 100x3 140x3 170x2 190x1 197.5x2 pb 197.5x2 197.5x2 Not bad, the cold made me feel a bit slower but the top sets felt good enough. Bench 60x3 100x3 110x3 120x3 130x2 equal pb. Longer pauses. Easy. 115x5x4sets More or less touch n go due to no spotter. Deadlift 140x3x5 Felt quick enough. | ||

Very straight forward and dont require much thinking about or getting amped up for which is nice. Good control on them. The 1st session felt slow due to jet lag and poor food. Helped me get moving though. The next session was lighter and felt so so quick which boded well. At the commonwealth championships i totalled 630 by squatting 220, benching 140 and deadlifting 270 (which got me a medal in the deadlift, so so happy due the class of competitors in my group) i got all my lifts and couldve squatted 225 and deadlifted 275 i believe. The bench was quite slow though. My bodyweight was 82.24kg which is ideal as i had a big breakfast ![]() Yesterday i did 50%x3x5sets just to get moving again. Onwards to a 700kg total by next years british champs! | ||
